Asian Grilled Salmon

This recipe is easy to prepare, easy to clean up and marvelous flavour!  You gotta try it!

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs wild salmon fillets
1.5 cup green onions chopped
2 TBS soy sauce (I use bragg’s)
1 TBS garlic minced
1 TBS sesame oil
1 TBS ginger root, peeled and minced

Directions:
– Place the salmon in the middle of a large piece of aluminum foil and turn up sides to make a boat
– sprinkle green onions evenly over salmon
– Whisk the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl and pour evenly over salmon. Bring sides of foil together and seal edges.
– Put the closed foil package on a grill and cook at medium heat until the fish flakes, about 20 minutes
